Darren J. Davis, CGCS
Darren J. Davis, CGCS, has been the Golf Course Superintendent at Olde Florida Golf Club in Naples, Florida since September 1992. Davis attended the Turfgrass Management program at The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with highest distinction in 1991. Also, in 2007 Florida Gulf Coast University conferred upon him a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Summa Cum Laude. Davis was the 82nd President of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and currently serves as the GCSAA Centennial Committee Chair. Davis is also a Past President of the Florida Golf Course Superintendents Association, the Everglades Golf Course Superintendents Association and the Florida Turfgrass Association.
